If you are contacted by NTA Travel or any other 3rd party Travel/Housing Company – please ignore them as onPeak is our Official provider. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.

Clinical Congress 2026 Attendees can now book their Washington, DC hotel reservations at discounted nightly rates for Clinical Congress 2026 via onPeak – the only official hotel provider for the Clinical Congress. Every reservation made through onPeak supports the College's ability to provide quality education in appealing destinations.

Policies

Group Reservations & Exhibitor Priority Points
Groups in need of 10+ rooms are required to complete the group reservation request form, found via the button above. Hotel assignments will be based on the date the form is submitted, hotel availability, block size, meeting space needs, and exhibitor's priority preference. Any exhibitor circumventing the ACS hotel block will be assessed 10 penalty points.

The total room nights requested on your block may be reduced by 20% without penalty up until Friday, July 24, 2026. Should the actual room nights utilized drop below 80% of the total room nights held after this date, your company agrees to pay the room rate plus applicable taxes for each room night that is not used by your company in excess of the allowable slippage. If payment is due under this provision due to actualized slippage, an invoice will be sent to your company, and payment will be required no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

ACS Leadership Accommodations

The following housing procedures apply to all Clinical Congress general registrants. If you are a Regent, Officer, Past Officer, Advisory Council Chair, Governor, Distinguished Service Award Recipient, Special Invited Guest, or Standing Committee Chair and are hoping to reserve a room at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, please use the special housing link sent to you. Suite Raffle

To thank you for booking your reservation through onPeak in the official housing block, you will be entered in a raffle to win an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, valid for reservations for dates of stay that include September 26–29. Your reservation must be made by September 8 in order to qualify for the raffle. Winner(s) will be notified via email by September 16.
