Verification Process

Your center must meet all the standards and intend to actively pursue verification for the designation level sought prior to submitting an application.

To assist centers planning to apply, the PRQ will be available as a PDF for each level below. The PRQ will assist centers in preparing appropriate documentation and information to ensure standards have been met prior to applying for verification.
